FAQ

Q - What forms of payment do you accept?

A - We accept cash, checks (from commercial clients), credit, debit, and applepay. For all residential services, we will email you an invoice a day or two before your service date. You don't need to pay until we finish your service. You can pay directly through the invoice with a card or you can pay with cash on the spot. All invoices for residential service MUST be paid before we leave the work site.  

Q - How far will you travel for jobs?

A - Joplin, Missouri is our home base and we generally go up to 20 miles from Joplin. If you have a larger project, get in touch with us here and we'll see if we can accommodate you. 

Q - How do I calculate the price for services that are per room if I have an open floor plan?

A - We understand everyone's house is a little different, so sometimes calculating a price per room can get tricky. A good rule of thumb in open floor plans is to calculate based on zones. Is one large area of the space considered the living room and the other is the kitchen?  Remember, we're here to help! You can always call us, explain your house setup, and we can help you calculate your price. Or book a free estimate and we'll stop by and calculate it for you! 

Q - I have one giant room I need cleaned, will that just be a single room charge?

A - Room pricing is based on an average size room. In almost all cases, even a large room can be counted as a single room in our pricing model. However, there are those occasions where a room is extremely large. In that case, we may need to discuss a price adjustment. Keep in mind, we also have a 3 room minimum on our One Time Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning for Non-Members. 

Q - Why are there room and price minimums?

A - Every job we perform has overhead for our company, whether it be a tiny job that takes 10 minutes, or a huge job that takes 6 hours. Some of those overhead expenses include fuel and time for our employees to get to the job, wear and tear on vehicles and equipment, insurance, and so on. Having minimums helps us cover some of those basic expenses. There are no minimums for our Members though!

Q - You don't have the date available for a service I need. Am I out of luck?

A - You can get on our waiting list! Click here to fill out a date request. If there's a cancellation or rescheduling we will give you a call. 

Q - I need my home cleaned every week. Do you offer this service?

A - Due to our extremely busy schedule, we do not offer recurring home cleaning (aka Maid Services) at this time.
