Terms of Service

We'll keep this short and sweet, because who has time for a bunch of lawyer talk and fancy jargon that doesn't make sense? By signing up for a Grime Fighters Membership, you're authorizing us to set up recurring monthly payments which can be cancelled at any time. As a member, you get access to our expert team of cleaners for any and all residential services we offer at a 50% discount.

If at any time you're not satisfied with a service we perform we will, at no additional cost to you, come back and make it right. Or we can offer you a full refund, your choice.

There are no contracts or commitments to sign up for a Membership and at any time you can cancel. However, please note that if you choose to cancel your Grime Fighters Membership, there is a 12 month holding period before you can be reinstated into the program.
